Ingredients:

 
Some Onion Rings

For Chicken Marination:            

400 grams of Boneless Chicken             
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
2 Pinch of Turmeric Powder            
2 Pinch of White Pepper             
1/2 Teaspoon Tikka Masala
1/2 Teaspoon of Crushed Garlic             
1 Teaspoon of Crushed Ginger            
5 Tablespoons of Yogurt             
2 Tablespoons Cooking Oil             
A Piece of Aluminum Foil            
A Piece of Burnt Coal            
Few Drops of Cooking Oil 
 

For Paratha Dough:            

2 Cup of Maida/Flour             
1 Teaspoon Salt             
Some Water             
2 Tablespoons Cooking Oil             
Some Oil for Greasing Dough              
Ghee for Greasing
Some Maida For Dusting             
Cooking Oil for Frying Paratha’s


For Green Chutni:


Some Mint Leaves
Some Coriander Leaves
3 Green Chillies
Some Ginger Pieces
Some Garlic Pieces
1/3 Teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon of Lemon Juice


For Mint Mayonnaise: 

4 Tablespoons of Mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon of Green Chutni 

 

For Mint Yogurt:         

4 Tablespoons of Yogurt
1 Tablespoon of Grren Chutni 

Instructions:

 
1. First I will marinate the chicken and I have taken 400 grams of dry chicken, cut it like cubes, I cleaned the chicken well and washed it. After trying it well, I shifted it inside the ball. First, I will add half a small tablespoon of salt.

2.  At the same time, I will add half a small tablespoon of red chili powder. I will add two pinches of turmeric. I will add the same amount of powder and two pinches of speed pepper. If you want, you can also use black pepper.
3.  I will add half a tablespoon of spices, half a tablespoon of crushed garlic, if I add a tablespoon of crushed ginger, and lastly, I will add four tablespoons of curd, four tablespoons.  now I will mix everything well with the help of a spoon and very well you have to mix it.
4. Now I will add one more tablespoon of curd in it. I found the curd a little less so I added one more spoon of curd. I will put it so that all the spices are well inside the chicken and when the chicken piece is ready, I will put it on the side.
5. On the other side, I will put a bowl on top of it, I will add a strainer inside it, add a cup of flour and stir it well. I have sifted it well. Now I will put one more cup of flour in the strainer. It will also sift well.

6. I will use a total of two cups of flour here. Now that I have sifted the whole stomach well, now I will add half a small tablespoon of salt to it, after adding salt, I will mix it well with the help of hands.
7. I will mix the flour well in the salt, I will add a little water in it and mix it well. It has to be made and ready You can see that I have kneaded the dough very well. How soft our dough is ready. Now I will add two big spoons of cooking oil and knead it again.
8. You have to knead it well again and I have glued the dough well. Now I will put a little cooking oil on it and grease it well with cooking oil. I have given it. Now I will let it sit for 2 to 3 minutes. After two to three minutes, we will knead it again. This is how you knead it again. One to two minutes up. I have to glue it again in this way. You can see how soft our dough has become.

9. how shiny the texture has become. How soft and very soft our dough is ready. Now I’m going to cover it and put it on the side. Now I’m going to teach you how to make three very quick sauces. Here I’m going to take whole bunch of mint, whole bunch of coriander, three green chilies, a little bit of garlic, a little bit of ginger. I will make a very healthy chutney and prepare it.
10. First of all, I will take a blender jug ​​and add it. First of all, you have to wash and dry the mint. I will add chillies along with ginger and garlic. I will also add ginger and garlic and now I will add a little salt in a very small quantity, about 130 teaspoons, and I will add a tablespoon of lemon juice. By adding lemon juice, the color of the sauce will be very fresh.
11. Well, I have blended it and taken it out in my bowl. how fresh the color is. Now I have taken two more small ones and I will put mayonnaise in one of them. I will put mayonnaise. I will put this chutney in it and mix it well and our mint mayonnaise is ready in no time.
12. Now I will add four table spoons of curd in the second bowl. I have added curd. I have used the cracked curd. On the side, our mint yogurt chutney is also ready and ready. How easy it is that our chutney is ready. It looks very full of flavor and it will be our little healthy dressing. The paratha roll is very tasty and ready. Masha Allah, all the chutneys are ready.
13. I will add two tablespoons of cooking oil to the pan and spread the cooking oil on it. I will mix it with the help of any thing. You have to mix it two to three times with the good. Now I will add a little water in it and cover well by adding water. And will leave to cook on light heat. On the other side our dough is also set well now let’s start making the parathas first I will dust a little flour and put the dough on it and roll it a little.
14. Now you have to make five small balls and prepare them.  One ball has been made and prepared. In the same way, I will make the other balls and prepare them. Masha Allah, all the five pies are ready, now I will put them inside my plate. Now on the other side, the chicken, Masha Allah, there is a very delicious smell. The chicken is cooking very well.

15. We have to cook it in a few time. Have to try it, the chicken spices are dry to good. Place the whole chicken on the side and make a hole in the middle and put the aluminum foil inside it. Now I will put the charcoal on the aluminum foil. Ghee can also be used. Add cooking oil and cover it well. The smoke from the coal will give a very smoky, very delicious flavor.

16. Two to three minutes well, I kept it covered. Now I will remove the coal from inside So let’s start making parathas with satar, we will flatten the dough with the help of hands, now we will start rolling this dough. You can see that I have prepared a small roti bell and I will apply desi ghee on it. If you want you can also use cooking oil. Spread it on the side.

17. If you don’t have a brush, you can spread it well with the help of your hands. Now I will test a little flour on it and now with the help of a knife I will make a cut from the center to the end. One cutting will start rolling it from one side and take it rolling to the other end, you have to roll it slowly so I am rolling it in the same way you have to roll it slowly and take it to the other end.
18. First of all I will take a hot lay-up if you want you can also use a frankincense pan I will heat it well the pan is already hot now I will put the paratha on top of it which we have made and ready. I will put it on top of this pan. In the same way, I will make all the other parathas and get them ready.  I will pick up one paratha and place it on the board in this way. I will apply the mint mayonnaise that we prepared and spread this mint mayonnaise well over the entire paratha from the top of the paratha roll.

19. I am sharing the recipe, it is a bit healthy. After adding the mint mayonnaise. now I will put the chicken pieces on top of the chicken pieces. I’m going to put it on top of the paratha.

20.
