Introduction:
Chicken Cheese Boti
Ingredients:
tomato paste

Now put the chicken in a bowl and add half a cup of curd, 2 tbsp of tomato paste, garlic paste 1 tbsp, vinegar 1 tbsp, salt 1 tbsp, red chilli powder 1 tbsp, paprika powder 1 tbsp, cumin powder 1 tbsp, black pepper powder 12 tbsp, oregano 12 tbsp, chicken powder 1 tbsp mix it well and cover for 1-2 hours.
2. Now add a spoon of oil in a pan and then add a spoon of butter and add the marinated chicken to it. After adding the marinated chicken, cook it on high flame for two to three minutes.
5. Add salt, black pepper powder 14 tbsp, white pepper powder 14 tbsp, oregano 14 tbsp mix well and cook for 2 minutes.

Butter Chicken Tikka
Ingredients:
chicken boneless
garlic & ginger paste

cumin powder
kasuri methi

and add garlic & ginger paste 1-2 tbsp, lemon juice 1-2 tbsp, yogurt 12 cup, dairy cream 14 cup, salt, red chilli powder 1 tbsp, cumin powder 1 tbsp, turmeric powder 14 tbsp, garam masala 12 tbsp, kasuri methi 1 tbsp, paprika powder 1 tbsp, butter 2 tbsp, tomato paste 2 tbsp mix it well. now cover and marinated for 30 – 40 minutes.
2. Take one pan and add a spoonful of oil to it and add butter. Once the oil is hot, add the marinated chicken and cook from both sides for 8-10 minutes.
3. After it is cooked well on both sides, add some butter and lemon juice on top. Now top it with green chili and green coriander.
4. And let it cook with a cover for two or three minutes, then serve it with chutney.
Chicken Malai Tikka

1. Take a bowl and add curd 13 cup,
one egg, green chilli chopped 1-2, fresh coriander chopped, cheddar cheese, lemon juice, salt, garlic powder 1 tbsp, white pepper powder 1 tbsp, black pepper powder 1 tbsp to it and mix it very well.
2. Now take 400 grams of boneless chicken, which should be thoroughly cleaned.
Add the chicken to this prepared mixture.
5. After placing all the chicken pieces on top of the steaks, take a pan and add a little oil or butter to it.
Cook it till the chicken is cooked well and has a nice brown color.
And now serve it with chutney.
Tandoori Chicken Strips

1. First have a bowl and add curd 3-4 tbsp, oil two tbsp, salt, red chilli powder 1 tbsp, cumin powder 1 tbsp, coriander powder 1 tbsp, garlic powder 1 tbsp, ginger powder 12 tbsp, paprika powder 1 tbsp, onion powder 12 tbsp, chaat masala 1 tbsp and lemon juice to it.
After mixing the chicken, leave it for 30 to 40 minutes.
3. After leaving for 30 to 40 minutes, coat the chicken pieces inside the dry all purpose flour(maida).
4. After coating the chicken pieces inside the flour, dip them under cold water for five seconds.
5. After dipping, coat them again in a dry flour(maida). Now add oil in a pan and fry them well.
Fry until crispy and golden brown.

1. Get a grinder machine add garlic cloves 8-10, onions 1 medium, ginger one piece chopped, green chilli 2-3, fresh green coriander chopped 2-3 tbsp and water 2-3 tbsp to it and grind to a smooth paste.
2. Now take chicken large piece 1kg,
yogurt 13 cups and fresh cream 14 cups over the chicken.
Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes on low flame. After complete the time add garam masala 14 tbsp and fresh coriander chopped.
