Ingredients:

yogurt
tomato paste
garlic paste
salt
red chilli powder
black pepper powder
oil
butter
milk

Let’s Start To Make

 
1. First you have to take 500 grams of boneless chicken and wash it well.

Now put the chicken in a bowl and add half a cup of curd, 2 tbsp of tomato paste, garlic paste 1 tbsp, vinegar 1 tbsp, salt 1 tbsp, red chilli powder 1 tbsp, paprika powder 1 tbsp, cumin powder 1 tbsp, black pepper powder 12 tbsp, oregano 12 tbsp, chicken powder 1 tbsp  mix it well and cover for 1-2 hours.

2. Now add a spoon of oil in a pan and then add a spoon of butter and add the marinated chicken to it. After adding the marinated chicken, cook it on high flame for two to three minutes.

3. Now cover it and let it cook for 8 to 9 minutes, after opening its cover, dry its water well.
4. Now take a pan and add two table spoons of butter in it and mix it well by adding a spoonful of flour and cook for 1-2 mint. After cooking the flour, add a glass of milk to it and mix well.

5. Add salt, black pepper powder 14 tbsp, white pepper powder 14 tbsp, oregano 14 tbsp mix well and cook for 2 minutes.

6. Now take a heat sizzling plate and apply butter in it. After placing the heat sizzling plate on the stove, add the cooked chicken to it. Now pour the white sauce we prepared on top of the whole chicken and also add pieces of mozzarella cheese  and red chilli flakes on the top of it.
7. cook on low flame until cheese melts.

1.First take 800 grams of boneless chicken

and add garlic & ginger paste 1-2 tbsp, lemon juice 1-2 tbsp, yogurt 12 cup, dairy cream 14 cup, salt, red chilli powder 1 tbsp, cumin powder 1 tbsp, turmeric powder 14 tbsp, garam masala 12 tbsp, kasuri methi 1 tbsp, paprika powder 1 tbsp, butter 2 tbsp, tomato paste 2 tbsp mix it well. now cover and marinated for 30 – 40 minutes.

2. Take one pan and add a spoonful of oil to it and add butter. Once the oil is hot, add the marinated chicken and cook from both sides for 8-10 minutes.

3. After it is cooked well on both sides, add some butter and lemon juice on top. Now top it with green chili and green coriander.

4. And let it cook with a cover for two or three minutes, then serve it with chutney.

 Ingredients:

 yogurt

green chilli chopped
 coriander
 cheddar chesse
lemon juice
 salt
 garlic powder
 white pepper powder
black pepper powder

corn flour
 butter or oil

Let’s Start To Make

1. Take a bowl and add  curd 13 cup,

one egg, green chilli chopped 1-2, fresh coriander chopped, cheddar cheese, lemon juice, salt, garlic powder 1 tbsp, white pepper powder 1 tbsp, black pepper powder 1 tbsp to it and mix it very well.
2. Now take 400 grams of boneless chicken, which should be thoroughly cleaned.

Add the chicken to this prepared mixture.

3. Now add two to three spoons of corn flour to it. Mix it well and leave it for about one to two hours.

4. After one to two hours take some steaks for the up chicken tikka and pick up the chicken pieces one by one and place them on top of these steaks.
5. 
After placing all the chicken pieces on top of the steaks, take a pan and add a little oil or butter to it.
6. After the oil or butter is hot, place the chicken steaks on top of the oil, And cook well on low flame from all four sides alternately.

Cook it till the chicken is cooked well and has a nice brown color.

1. 
First have a bowl and add curd 3-4 tbsp, oil two tbsp, salt, red chilli powder 1 tbsp, cumin powder 1 tbsp, coriander powder 1 tbsp, garlic powder 1 tbsp, ginger powder 12 tbsp, paprika powder 1 tbsp, onion powder 12 tbsp, chaat masala 1 tbsp and lemon juice to it.
2.Now take 400 grams of boneless chicken and mix it in this prepared mixture.

After mixing the chicken, leave it for 30 to 40 minutes.

3. After leaving for 30 to 40 minutes, coat the chicken pieces inside the dry all purpose flour(maida). 

4. After coating the chicken pieces inside the flour, dip them under cold water for five seconds.
5. 
After dipping, coat them again in a dry flour(maida). Now add oil in a pan and fry them well.

How To Make

Instructions

1. Get a grinder machine add garlic cloves 8-10, onions 1 medium, ginger one piece chopped, green chilli 2-3, fresh green coriander chopped 2-3 tbsp and water 2-3 tbsp to it and grind to a smooth paste.
2. Now take chicken large piece 1kg,

yogurt 13 cups and fresh cream 14 cups over the chicken. 

3. Now add onion paste, salt black pepper 1 tbsp, garam masala 1 tbsp, kasuri methi 1 tbsp, melted butter 1-2 tbsp and lemon juice over it and mix them well. Cover for 1 or 2 hours.
4. Now take oil 2 tbsp and add marinated chicken in it. Fry the chicken pieces for 8 to 10 minutes on medium flame after that pour rest of the marinade mixture.

5. keep cook for 2-3 minutes and add water 150ml.

Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes on low flame. After complete the time add garam masala 14 tbsp and fresh coriander chopped.
